Your plan and completing a session

How to see the plan your coach assigned you, work through a session with the training player, and what feedback you can leave when you finish.

The app interface is currently in Spanish only. Buttons and messages are quoted as you will see them, with the English meaning in brackets.

Seeing your plan

Mi planificación (My plan) holds whatever plan your coach assigned you, with the number of weeks, the sessions per week and the total.

If you see «Tu entrenador aún no te ha asignado un plan de sesiones» (Your coach hasn’t assigned you a session plan yet), you have done nothing wrong: they still need to assign it.

Starting today’s session

From your dashboard, today’s training has an Empezar (Start) button. If nothing is scheduled you will see «Hoy es día de descanso» (Today is a rest day).

The player

It opens full screen and moves exercise by exercise. Along the top you get the name, which exercise you are on out of the total, the timer and a per-set progress bar.

For each exercise you see the video or image, the set counter, the target and any notes your coach left you.

Load used. There is a free-text field to note what you worked with: “30 kilos”, “red band”, “bodyweight”. Whatever you write stays in your history and your coach can see it. Leaving it empty is read as bodyweight.

Rests. Completing a set starts a countdown. You can pause it, add 15 seconds or skip it. The duration comes from whatever your coach wrote in the rest notes; if there is nothing clear, it is 60 seconds.

Keyboard shortcuts, if you train with a laptop or tablet in front of you:

KeyAction
SpacePause and resume
EnterComplete set or skip rest
← →Previous and next exercise

You can interrupt and come back. Loads and completed exercises are saved on the device itself, so if you close the app mid-session and return the same day, you pick up where you left off. Tindeq captures are the exception: those are not recovered.

When you finish: the feedback

A summary appears with the total time, the exercises and the sets, plus four blocks. All four are optional, though the first three carry a visible label:

  1. Effort (RPE) - 1 to 10, easy to maximal. Pressing the same number twice unselects it.
  2. How did it feel? - bad, so-so, good or great.
  3. Any discomfort? - if you mark yes, you can describe where and how.
  4. Notes for your coach - free text for whatever does not fit above.

Press Guardar y terminar (Save and finish) and your coach gets a notification that you completed the session.

One tip about RPE: it is not a score for how much you suffered, it is how much effort it cost relative to your maximum. Score it consistently session after session and your coach can read your accumulated fatigue; inflate it one day and lowball it the next and the number stops being useful.
