About ClimbrLab
ClimbrLab is a product in development aimed at climbing coaches, clubs and gyms to manage their athletes: planning, metrics, injuries, routes and communication. It currently has no active customers or public version; access is granted progressively to people who sign up through this site.
Use of the website
You may browse and use this site for informational purposes and to request access to the product. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, or scrape or reuse its content at scale without permission.
Early-access form
By submitting the contact form you authorize us to use the information provided (name, email, role and message) to reply to you and, where applicable, invite you to try ClimbrLab once it is available for your profile. It does not imply any commitment to a date or guarantee of immediate access.
Intellectual property
The ClimbrLab name, logo, text, design and other content on this site are owned by ClimbrLab or used under appropriate authorization. Reproduction or commercial use without prior permission is not allowed.
Availability and changes
This site and the product it describes are under active development. We may modify, pause or discontinue features, content or the early-access program at any time, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.
Limitation of liability
The content of this site is provided "as is", for informational purposes. We do not guarantee it is error-free or that the site will be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to them will be submitted to the competent courts under that law.
