Privacy policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
At ClimbrLab we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, why we collect it and what rights you have over it.
Data controller
ClimbrLab is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about anything related to your data at hola@climbrlab.com.
What data we collect
Contact form: name, email address, role (coach, athlete or gym) and the message you send us. This is the only personal data we actively collect.
This site has no user accounts and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the form data exclusively to reply to your access request or enquiry and to manage any follow-up communication. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Recipients and processors
Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms, a service that forwards the form content to our email. You can read their privacy policy at web3forms.com.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google servers that may include your IP address.
Retention
We keep the messages we receive only for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows from it. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To exercise them, write to hola@climbrlab.com.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses no tracking cookies. We only store your theme preference (light or dark) in your browser’s local storage; it cannot identify you and never leaves your device.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to regulations. The current version, with its update date, will always be published here.
